Application Process

Before you apply, please make sure you have read and understood the Hawza Programme Course Structure and information on Fees and Finance

Our next intake for Part-time studies as part of Semester Two of the hawza programme is in March 2017. Applications for part-time studies are now open and can be submitted online by clicking on the 'Apply Now' button below. Deadline for applications: Monday 20th February 2017. 

Our next intake for full-time studies as part of Semester One of the hawza programme starting is in September 2017. Applications for full-time studies can be submitted from May 2017 onwards. 

The deadline for Part-time Applications for Semester Two starting on Monday 6th March March 2017 is 20th February 2017. 

The deadline for Full-time and Part-time Applications for Semester One starting on Monday 11th September 2017 is 31st August 2017.

Please note:

When completing your application form, you will need to upload the following documents to complete your application;

1) A CV/Resume

2) Certificate of your highest Qualification

3) A photograph of yourself (If you do not have a photograph of yourself available to upload, you can also take a picture of yourself using a webcam on the application form)

4) Scanned copy of your current valid passport


Full-time Applications:

In addition to the above documents, full-time applicants must also provide details of two referees on their application form and ensure that they arrange the delivery of their written references from their referees via email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. Full-time applications will be only be deemed complete upon receipt of two references.
